Kayla and Hayden’s Laguna Gloria engagement session felt like stepping into a dream. These two are soft-spoken and sweet—with a warmth between them that doesn’t need to be loud to be felt. After meeting as students at UT and staying friends for two years before dating, their relationship has now spanned over five and a half years. They’re getting married at Canyonwood Ridge this spring, and I couldn’t be more excited for them!

We met at Laguna Gloria for a morning session—a decision I often recommend to couples. While it’s a stunning location with European charm, romantic gardens, and waterside views, Laguna Gloria is tricky to book for sunset hours due to limited availability and stricter scheduling. Morning light, though, is absolutely magical here—soft, glowy, and flattering, especially for couples who are a bit more camera-shy.

Kayla and Hayden were naturals in the most effortless way.
