Austin In-Home Engagement Photos

There’s something so special about an Austin in-home engagement session—especially when it includes your furry family members! Mishell & Dylan invited Diana Brewer Photography into their cozy North Austin home to start their session with their two adorable cats, letting their love and personalities shine in a space that felt truly meaningful to them. With the soft morning light pouring through the kitchen windows, every photo felt intimate, warm, and effortlessly candid.

After spending some time at home, the three of them (plus camera in hand!) headed just down the road to Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. Although the creek beds had dried up, the park offered beautiful trails, dappled sunlight, and plenty of spots for quiet, romantic portraits. It was Diana’s first time photographing there, and exploring it with Mishell & Dylan made the entire experience feel relaxed and fun—like a little adventure in their own neighborhood.

The love these two share is built on a foundation of joy, connection, and shared adventures—they’ve been together for three years and love traveling to national parks and hiking together. Their session reflected all of that and more, from cuddles at home to laughter on the trails.
