When Alexa & Isyle first reached out to me about photographing their engagement session, I knew we were going to click instantly. They filled out my inquiry form with “Random fun fact: we’re big Disney fans!” aka how to truly win a piece of my heart. That’s only one of the many things we have in common. Alexa and Isyle both recently moved to the Austin area (like myself) and have been discovering new places— Bull Creek and Mount Bonnell were new to them so I was happy to show them some of the most amazing sights in Austin!

They brought their dog Cookie along (Cookie is also what I call my dog, Olive, because she looks like the cookie monster from Sesame Street—another similarity!) to include in their engagement photos.

Alexa loved the idea of doing their engagement session at Bull Creek Park in Northwest Austin. Since my engagement sessions are up to 90 minutes, I suggested adding on a stop at Mount Bonnell, and I am SO glad I did! These sunset photos are so beautiful!
